TAMBAH DRAMA RECIPES | KIMBALL BIJAN 3 RASA PEANUT GRAVY

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp cooking oil
  • 3 stalks lemongrass, bruised
  • 300g peanuts, roasted and finely chopped
  • Salt to taste

  • Ingredient A (Grind into fine paste)
  • 15g dried chillies, soak in hot water until soft then drain
  • 10 shallots, sliced
  • ¼ cup water

  • Ingredient B
  • 500ml water
  • 240ml Kimball Bijan 3 Rasa Sauce
  • ¼ cup Kimball Chilli Sauce

METHOD

  1. Heat oil and fry Ingredient A over low heat until oil separates.
  2. Add lemongrass, cook for another 3 – 4 minutes and then add Ingredient B. Bring to the boil and add peanuts.
  3. Simmer on low heat for 15 – 20 minutes until sauce is thick. Season with salt to taste.
