  • 4 pcs tortilla wraps
  • 4 large buttercrunch lettuce, trim midrib
  • 1 zucchini, cut into 12 strips
  • 2 crabsticks, cut each into 8 strips
  • 4 slices cheese, halved
  • 4 nos eggs
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • For Spread
  • ½ can Kimball Foul Medammas
  • 2 tbsp Kimball Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Kimball Chilli Sauce


  1. Beat an egg with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat oil and cook omelette. Repeat with the remaining eggs. Set aside.
  3. Blend Kimball Foul Medammas, Kimball Mayonnaise and Kimball Chilli Sauce until smooth. Season to taste.
  4. Spread mixture onto tortilla wrap. Place an omelette on top.
  5. Divide lettuce, zucchini, crabstick and cheese into 4 portions.
  6. Arrange each portion onto tortilla then roll neatly.
  7. Wrap in clingfilm and chill for 1 hour before serving.
  8. Chef's tip (Suggested usages for spread):
    1. As filling for sandwich, savoury cream puff, pita bread etc.
    2. Place into a piping bag and pipe over pizza or toast.
    3. Toss with hot pasta for a quick meal.
    4. Add to rice porridge.
    5. Add some hot water to make a fondue for dipping celery, cheese sticks, carrot sticks etc.
