  • For gravy mix:
  • 2 ½ cups (625ml) water or light chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp Kimball Oyster Flavored Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Cheong Chan Caramel Sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp ground white pepper
  • 1 ½ tbsp cornflour

  • 250g Kimball Spaghetti, cooked as per instructions on packaging
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 150g medium-size prawns, shelled and deveined
  • 200 chicken, thinly sliced
  • 150g mustard greens, plucked into 5cm lengths
  • 2 cups cabbage, thickly sliced


  1. Heat oil in a large wok and fry garlic until golden brown. Add prawns, chicken and vegetables, stir-fry 5 minutes.
  2. Stir gravy mixture and pour into wok and bring it to the boil. Add cooked pasta and simmer in the gravy for 6 – 7 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
