Ingredients

  • 3 boneless chicken legs (200g each), flattened evenly with a mallet
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • A pinch of white sesame

  • Mixture A (Stir together)
  • ½ cup Kimball Teriyaki Sauce
  • ⅓ cup boiled water

METHOD

  1. Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook till lightly browned on both sides.
  3. Add Mixture A and cook chicken until sauce has formed a glaze over chicken.
  4. Remove chicken from pan, slice chicken, drizzle with additional sauce from the pan and sprinkle sesame over chicken.
