TAMBAH DRAMA RECIPES | KIMBALL PAN-FRIED TERIYAKI FISH

Ingredients

  • 400g fish fillet, cut 4 – 5 pieces
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 3 tbsp spring onion

  • Ingredient A (Mix together)
  • ⅓ cup Kimball Teriyaki Sauce
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 2 tsp ginger, finely grated

METHOD

  1. Marinade fish with Mixture A for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Pan fry fish both sides for 5 – 10 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Add remaining of Mixture A (from the marinade) into the pan and bring to the boil. Turn off heat.
  4. Baste over fish until lightly glazed.
  5. Sprinkle spring onions over fish and serve immediately.
