- Marinade fish with Mixture A for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Pan fry fish both sides for 5 – 10 minutes. Set aside.
- Add remaining of Mixture A (from the marinade) into the pan and bring to the boil. Turn off heat.
- Baste over fish until lightly glazed.
- Sprinkle spring onions over fish and serve immediately.
