Ingredients

  • 500g fish, cleaned and gutted*
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 cup cooking oil

  • Ingredient A (Mix together)
  • ½ cup Kimball Bijan 3 Rasa Sauce
  • ½ cup boiled water

  • Ingredient B
  • 3 bird chillies, finely sliced
  • 1 small onion, finely sliced
  • ½ cup mint leaves
  • ½ cup finely shredded green mango

METHOD

  1. Make diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish. Season fish with salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Fry fish until crisp and golden brown.
  3. Pour Ingredient A and sprinkle Ingredient B over fish. Serve immediately.
