Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Kimball Thai Chilli Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Kimball Chilli Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Kimball Tomato Ketchup
- ½ Tbsp Kimball Oyster Sauce
- 1 Can Tuna Chunks In Water, Drained
- 60g Red Onions, Finely Diced
- 60g Carrot, Julienned
- 2 Nos Bird’s Eye Chilli, Deseeded And Minced
- 2-3 Sprigs Coriander, Finely Minced
- 2 Nos Large Green Apple, Julienned
- 4 Nos Calamansi, Juice Only
- 5 Pcs Tortilla Wrap
Method
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Divide the tuna fillings evenly between 5 wraps, roll up and serve immediately.
