Ingredients
- 500g Fresh Prawns
- 1 Can Kimball Basil & Garlic Pasta Sauce
- 1 Large Onion
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1/2 Cup Water
- Salt And Sugar To Taste
- A Handful Of Fresh Basil Leaves
Method
- Heat the oil and sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the Kimball Basil & Garlic Pasta Sauce and stir until well combined.
- Add the prawns and cook until they are half done and coated with the pasta sauce.
- Add a little water to help the sauce absorb into the prawns, then let it simmer gently for 1–2 minutes, then season with salt and sugar to taste, if needed.
- Add the basil leaves and stir briefly to retain their fresh aroma. Turn off the heat and serve.
