Ingredients
- 1 Can Kimball Cheesy Carbonara Pasta Sauce
- 180g Kimball Spaghetti Pasta, Cook As Per Packet Instructions
- 8 Pcs Medium Prawns
- 2 Pcs Tofu Puffs, Sliced
- 60g Mustard Greens (Sawi), Sliced
- 2 Tbsp Kimball Oyster Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Kimball Tomato Sauce
- 3 Nos Tomato, Diced
- 2 Pips Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Chili Paste
- 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 Tsp Salt
Method
- Place all the ingredients for blending into a food processor and blend to a fine paste.
- Pour the paste into a frying pan and bring it to a gentle boil. Add the prawns and mix well. Toss in the tofu puffs and mustard greens, then mix again. Cook until the prawns are fully cooked.
- Pour in the Kimball Cheesy Carbonara Pasta Sauce and stir until well combined. Add the Kimball Spaghetti Pasta and mix thoroughly. Dish up and serve immediately.
