Ingredients
- 1 Can Kimball Cheesy Carbonara Pasta Sauce
- 200g Kimball Spaghetti Pasta, Cook As Per Packet Instructions
- 100g Tuna Flakes
- 60g French Beans, Sliced
- ½ Cup Water
- 40g Shallots
- 5g Ginger
- 5g Turmeric
- 5g Torch Ginger Flower (Bunga Kantan)
- 20 Pcs Laksa Leaves (Daun Kesum)
- 2 Tbsp Chili Paste
- 2 Tsp Tamarind Paste
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Cooking Oil
Method
- Place all the ingredients for blending into a food processor and blend to a fine paste.
- Pour the paste into a frying pan and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the tuna flakes and French beans, and mix well.
- Pour in the Kimball Cheesy Carbonara Pasta Sauce and water, and give it a quick mix. Add the Kimball Spaghetti Pasta and toss until the spaghetti is well coated. Dish up and serve immediately.
