Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Kimball Chilli Sauce
- 5 Tbsp Kimball Tomato Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Kimball Oyster Sauce
- 100g Kimball Fettuccine, Cooked As Per Packet Instructions
- 30g Red Onions, Sliced
- 10g Ginger, Minced
- 2 Pips Garlic, Minced
- 200g Prawns, Deveined With Tail Intact
- 100g Fish Balls
- 60g Chicken Breasts, Sliced
- 2 Nos Tomato, Wedges
- 100g Mustard Greens, Cut Into ½“
- ½ Cup Water
- Oil For Frying
Method
- Heat up oil, sauté the red onions, ginger and garlic till fragrant. Then, add in the prawns, fish ball and chicken breast, fry till cooked through.
- Add in the tomato wedges, mustard greens, all Kimball Sauces and water. Let it simmer till the tomatoes are soft.
- Lastly, add in Kimball Fettuccine and toss till well combined, dish up and serve immediately.
