Ingredients
- ½ Cup Kimball Chili Sauce
- ½ Cup Kimball Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Kimball Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 3 Pcs Sausages, Sliced
- 5g Ginger, Minced
- 1 Pip Garlic, Minced
- 20g Onion, Minced
- 100g Tomato, Finely Diced
- 1 Cup Water
- 3 Nos Egg
- Chopped Coriander, Optional
Method
- Heat up oil in a frying pan and stir fry sausages until golden brown, remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté ginger, garlic and onion until fragrant. Add in tomatoes and stir fry until soft. Next, pour in water and all Kimball Sauces. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Then, break the eggs separately and gently pour over the tomato gravy. Cover the pan and let it simmer till the eggs are cooked to your liking.
- Lastly, toss in the sausages and garnish with chopped coriander. Serve immediately. (*Recommendation: Serve with Kimball Dry Pasta for a more balanced meal)
