Ingredients
- 200g Kimball Spiral, cook as per packet instructions
- 2 tbsp Kimball Oyster Sauce
- 4 tbsp Kimball Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbsp Kimball Mayonnasie
- 120g Beef lungs in dried sambal (Sambal paru kering)
- 50g Onions, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 nos Bird’s eye chilli, roughly chopped
- 100g French beans, slice diagonally
Method
- Heat up oil in frying pan and sauté onions, garlic and bird’s eye chilli until fragrant. Then, add in sambal paru kering and all Kimball sauces. Stir until well combined.
- Lastly, add in Kimball Spiral, French beans and stir well. Dish up and serve.
