Ingredients
- For marinade mix:
- 400g boneless chicken, cut into 2cm pieces
- 1 ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ cup oil
- 3 cloves garlic, thickly sliced
- 2cm ginger, cut into fine strips
- 1 large onion, cut into thick wedges
- 1 carrot, cut into thick strips
- ½ cup cauliflower florets
- 5 long beans, cut into 3cm lengths
- 2 red or green chillies, thickly sliced
- 6 bird chillies (optional)
- 1 Tbsp Kimball Oyster Flavored Sauce
Method
- Heat oil in a wok and fry chicken on high heat until golden brown. Remove and set aside. Keep any remaining oil in the wok.
- Fry garlic, ginger and onion in the oil for 5 minutes. Add vegetables and chillies, stir-fry 5 - 7 minutes, adding 2 – 3 tablespoons water as you stir-fry.
- Return fried chicken to the wok, add Kimball Oyster Flavored Sauce and stir-fry another 5 minutes. Take pan off the heat.
